Affiliate disclosure

Prepared Index is free to use. Some links on this site go to Amazon UK, and we may earn a small commission when you buy through them. This page explains how that works.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Prepared Index is part of the Amazon Associates Programme for Amazon.co.uk, which pays websites a commission on qualifying purchases made through their links.

What it costs you

Nothing extra. You pay the same price on Amazon whether or not you arrive through one of our links. Any commission is paid by Amazon, not by you.

Prices and availability

We do not sell products ourselves. Prices, stock, delivery and returns are set by Amazon or the seller on Amazon and can change at any time. Always check the details on Amazon before you buy. Your order, payment and any questions about it are between you and Amazon or the seller.

How we choose products

Our kits and lists are based on public preparedness guidance, such as GOV.UK advice on storing water and supplies. We suggest products that we think fit that guidance. You are welcome to buy the same or similar items anywhere you like.

Your basket

The basket on this site is a list kept in your browser. When you choose to continue to Amazon, the items are passed to your Amazon basket, where you can review or change them before you check out. Nothing is bought until you complete your order on Amazon.
