Power cut kit

Everything for a long power cut at home: light, a charged phone, news, warmth and food that needs no cooker.

Why this kit

Power cuts in the UK are usually fixed within hours, but storms and faults can leave homes without power for days. This kit keeps the essentials going until it comes back.

If someone in your home relies on powered medical equipment, register with your energy network’s Priority Services Register and ask your supplier about backup power.
