Cold snap and snowed in kit

Keep warm and safe at home when snow and ice keep you in: warmth without fuel, light, news and a clear path to the door.

Why this kit

Snow and ice can close roads for several days, and freezing weather can bring power cuts and frozen pipes. This kit is sized for 5 days at home, so you are not relying on getting to the shops.

Heat one room and keep everyone in it. Thermal layers, hot water bottles and air-activated warmers give warmth without extra fuel, and a shovel and rock salt keep the path to your door safe.
